This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Athrise a brand of the company Fabapps Lab Private Limited (“Fabapps”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 10th Floor, TCG 2/2 & TCG 5/5, Levana Cyber Heights, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226010, Uttar Pradesh, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the information of users (“you”, “your”, “user”) who access or use the Athrise websites, mobile application, and other digital properties (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
Fabapps operates the Athrise Championships as a multi-sport, school and grassroots-level competitive platform designed to identify, nurture, and celebrate young athletic talent. By registering, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to maintaining transparency and the highest standards of data security. During the registration and participation process, we may collect information related to your sport, discipline and event category, including details of your coach or school team, your medical or fitness information and emergency contact details. Such information is used to ensure safety, provide appropriate medical assistance where needed, and facilitate smooth event operations.
If you make payments for participation or purchases through the Platform, we collect payment details such as UPI ID, card information, bank account details or PAN, solely for processing transactions securely through approved payment gateways.
In addition, photographs, videos or recordings taken during events, as well as communications exchanged via email, chat or customer support channels, may also constitute part of the personal information we process.
We may also collect non-personally identifiable information automatically when you visit or use the Platform. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
