These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Fabapps Lab Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Fabapps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of Athrise Championships, the Athrise website, mobile application and associated digital properties and event administration services (collectively, the “Platform”). Fabapps is a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at 10th Floor, TCG 2/2 & TCG 5/5, Levana Cyber Heights, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226010, Uttar Pradesh. By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the Platform, registering for any Athrise event, purchasing any Product or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms you must not access or use the Platform.
Fabapps reserves the right to add to, change, update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion and you agree to be bound by such modifications. We will indicate the date these Terms were last updated at the top of this document. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You should revisit these Terms periodically.
- Scope Of Services
The Platform is designed to promote, organise, administer and manage multi-sport championships, leagues, competitions and related events for schools, communities and grassroots participants (“Events”), and to provide digital services such as registration, athlete records and performance tracking (SPAR), scheduling, ticketing, media publishing, marketplace services, add-ons (for example meal passes, photography, videography and merchandise), crowdfunding, training and learning services. Certain services may be provided directly by Fabapps and others by third-party partners or suppliers; all such services are subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility, Registration & Verification
To register on the Platform and participate in Events you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. Registrations for minors must be submitted and authorised by a parent or lawful guardian, and minors below the age of 18 will only be permitted to participate upon verifiable parental/guardian consent and acceptance of any waiver or medical authorisation required by Fabapps or event organisers. Fabapps may require verification documents such as school IDs, government identity documents, proof of age or other information necessary to confirm eligibility and you authorise Fabapps to verify such information. Fabapps reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any registration, refuse participation in any Event or disqualify any participant if information provided is incomplete, false, misleading or if the participant fails to meet eligibility criteria or comply with these Terms.
3. Event Participation, Rules & Safety
Participation in Events is subject to event-specific rules, codes of conduct and safety protocols published on the Platform or provided to participants. You agree to comply with all rules, venue regulations and instructions provided by Fabapps, event officials, referees and venue staff. You acknowledge that participating in sporting events involves inherent risks and you undertake participation at your own risk. Where medical information is provided, you authorise Fabapps and its agents to use such information for safety and emergency purposes. Fabapps may require participants to execute waivers, health declarations or indemnities prior to participation. Where required by law or policy, you agree that Fabapps may engage medical service providers, emergency responders and insurance partners to manage participant health and safety needs; any costs for such services may be your responsibility to the extent set out in event materials.
4. Fees, Payments, Purchases & Add-Ons
Fees for registration, tickets, add-ons (including but not limited to meal passes, photography packages, videography, merchandise, masterclasses, insurance or other services) and any marketplace purchases are as published at the time of purchase and are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. By making a payment you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Fabapps is not responsible for any error by your bank or payment provider. Confirmation of purchase shall be subject to the successful authorisation and receipt of funds by the payment processor. Fabapps will not be liable for delays in confirmation caused by a third-party payment processor. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. If Fabapps is unable to process your order due to payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund amounts in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
Event dates, venues, schedules and formats may change due to operational, safety, weather or regulatory reasons. Fabapps will endeavour to provide timely notice of such changes. Refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with the event-specific refund policy published on the Platform for that Event. Unless otherwise stated in event materials, fees for registration, add-ons and purchases are non-refundable once an event has commenced, except where cancellation is due to Fabapps’ material breach or as required by law. For any refunds due, Fabapps will process refunds through the original payment method where practicable; the time taken for funds to reflect in your account depends on payment gateway and banking processes.
6. Code Of Conduct, Prohibited Conduct & Moderation
You agree to use the Platform and participate in Events in a lawful, respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Fabapps prohibits abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, violent, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful conduct, whether online or at event venues. You must not impersonate other persons, submit false information, post content that infringes third-party rights, upload malware or otherwise interfere with the Platform’s operation. Fabapps may moderate content and communications at its discretion and may remove, edit, block or disable any content or accounts that breach these Terms. Repeated violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, disqualification from Events, account termination or permanent banning. Moderation decisions by Fabapps are final and binding subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, designs and other materials (collectively, “Materials”), are owned by Fabapps or licensed to Fabapps and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Fabapps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Except for the limited licence granted, you shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Materials without Fabapps’ prior written consent. By posting or uploading Content to the Platform you grant Fabapps a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly perform, display, distribute and create derivative works of such Content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform and Events, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. You represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content you upload or have obtained all necessary rights, licences and consents for its use.
8. Media, Photography & Broadcast Rights
By registering for or attending any Event, you (or your parent/guardian, where applicable) consent to Fabapps and its authorised partners photographing, filming or recording your image, voice and likeness at Events and to Fabapps’ use of such media for promotional, editorial, educational or commercial purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation, subject to applicable law. Where a participant is a minor, parental consent is obtained during registration. If you wish to restrict the use of images or recordings of a minor in your care, you must notify Fabapps in writing through the grievance contact provided below; Fabapps will make commercially reasonable efforts to honour such requests where practicable, but cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been distributed or published.
9. Third-Party Services, Marketplace & Links
The Platform may include links to third-party websites and services, payment gateways, ticketing providers, merchandise suppliers, training partners and other third-party offerings. Such third parties operate independently of Fabapps and may have separate terms, privacy policies and practices. Fabapps is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites and linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement. Any transactions, interactions or disputes with third parties are solely between you and the third party and Fabapps shall have no liability for such transactions.
10. Data Protection, Privacy & Athlete Records (Spar)
Fabapps collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Personal data may include identity, contact, medical, performance, payment, media and other information necessary to administer Events and related services. We process personal data to administer registrations, verify eligibility, manage event logistics, maintain athlete performance records (SPAR), publish results, provide add-ons and offers and to comply with legal obligations. Where you provide sensitive medical information, you consent to its processing for event safety purposes. You may exercise rights in relation to your personal data (such as access, correction, deletion or objection) as described in the Privacy Policy and by contacting our grievance officer.
11. Insurance & Liability
Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate personal insurance where they deem fit. Fabapps will not make available any event insurance options. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabapps, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of income, injury, illness or death arising out of or in any way connected to participation in Events, use of the Platform or reliance on any Materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fabapps and its Related Parties (employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents and contractors) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your breach of these Terms, your negligence or wilful misconduct, any content you submit or post, your violation of applicable law or any claim that your use of the Platform infringes the rights of a third party.
13. Modifications, Cancellation & Force Majeure
Fabapps may modify, postpone, cancel or suspend Events, schedules, venues or Platform features for operational, safety, regulatory or other reasons. Fabapps will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users where possible. Fabapps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, civil commotion, pandemic, government actions, power failures, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such situations, Fabapps’ sole obligation may be to reschedule the Event, provide an alternative or provide a refund in accordance with the applicable event refund policy.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
Fabapps may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account, refuse access to the Platform, disqualify you from Events or remove Content if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct or for any other reason Fabapps deems appropriate. Termination of access does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and indemnities.
15. Intellectual Property Claims & Copyright
If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us by providing a written notice containing sufficient details to permit us to investigate and take appropriate action. Fabapps will comply with applicable law and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content in accordance with legal requirements.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law to the contrary, the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision, term or clause of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, voidness or un-enforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. Where a provision is declared void or unenforceable in part, the parties agree that the court or competent authority may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify or sever that part so as to give effect to the parties’ intended commercial and legal purpose. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be interpreted so as to give effect to the original intention of the parties to the maximum lawful extent.
19. Waiver
No failure or delay by Fabapps in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy. A waiver of any right, power or remedy shall be effective only if given in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the waiving party, and then only to the extent expressly set out in such written waiver. The rights and remedies provided in these Terms are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fabapps concerning your access to and use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
21. Changes To These Terms
Fabapps may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
